I guess they might want to rethink that....

Dateline - Gainesville, GA - Alot happening here in the Atlanta area between Friday and today. As I was leaving Syracuse on Friday, I was talking with my wife and she told me about the courthouse killings.

It was chilling in many ways. No more so than when I arrived back home at the Atlanta airport and saw all the freeway signs telling to look out for the infamous green Honda. I wasn't even here that much and just knowing that this person was on the loose made you uneasy.

Through it all, the only other thing that I could think about was that while being questioned during jury duty earlier in the week for a case that was going for the death penalty, I was told that several folks had actually wanted to be on the jury.

I wonder how they are feeling now. But maybe that would make it that much more enticing as they would have their 15 minutes right there and then.

Not for me. That isn't how I want to spend my time in the limelight, What if I already had my 15 minutes and didn't know it??? That's something to consider.
