What do you do when you are on the road 50 weeks a year and still want to invest in real estate? I have created a multi-million dollar portfolio that I own or manage. And I did it in less than 1 year. When you are a real estate investor, you are going to have to work on every part of your business from marketing, acquiring properties creatively, wholesaling properties when you need cash or when you have more than you can handle at the moment, and finally managing the properties/tenants that you maintain to create long term wealth.
